20.10.05 Update

Some more photos taken over the weekend 20.05.10. The house is coming alone quickly, the eaves are in, bricking finished, cladding up and fit out started!

Update 09.05.10

Another big week on site, the ducted airconditioning motor has been installed. The plasters have done the initial sheeting and the bi-fold doors have been installed off the alfresco area. The bricky is nearly finished also! All and all the house is coming along fantastically, I have been more than happy with the quality of work.

New photos 01.05.10

Update 01.05.10 As you can see below it has been a busy week on site. The colorbond roof has been installed and the brick layer has started. On the inside the electrician has finished wiring the house and the plumber has also got the water/gas piping ready. All the work is looking fantastic!

Build Progress so far

My block narrows to the rear, BBC designed a house to suit my block. Attached picture is a draft of my floor plans if anyone wants to see the final draw up please let me know and I will scan the document.

A picture of my block once site work was completed, this was completed late Febuary. Thank god it finally stopped raining!

The slab was completed mid march (it started raining again)
